Need to make claim for warranty ?
All goods sold are not returnable, but we offer after sales & services and warranty to all our products & service.

Warranty Policy

  • Samewell Sdn Bhd warrant the product for a minimum of one year from the date of purchase.However, if items being purchased are part of an installation or part of another product, please contact the installer or others’ part supplier for your warranty.
  • Rechargeable Batteries built into Okayo Portable Sound System warranty period is 6 months.
  • There are very few exceptions to our standard of warranty, but there always stated on the product information.
  • During Warranty period, we undertake to repair or replace your product at no charge if found to be detective due to a manufacturing defect.
  • The warranty excludes damage by misuse or incorrect installation or failure to install and operate according to operation manual, negligence, shipping accident, or by use in a way or manner not intended by the supplier.
  • Samewell will invalidate or cancel the warranty under circumstance that customer attempt to repair the device yourself or by non-authorised Service Agent.


Where is our Service Center ?
Samewell own service departments is located at Bandar Puteri, Puchong .
Prior to returning any item for servicing, please contact Samewell via email, phone & fax prior to returning any items for servicing.
For every items sent for repair, we will issue you service report slip, please quote the service report reference number in any correspondence.

What is the Service Charge for product over warranty period ?
RM 80.00 ~ RM 150.00 – Rectification & labour cost depend on what type of items, ( exclude replacement of spare part cost )
Samewell will send via email or fax , the quotation for any replacement cost and any further cost relating for the repairs of item.
Once confirmed by customer on the sparepart cost, we will proceed to repair and we will contact you advising that the goods are ready to be collected once repaired.

Note : Samewell has the discretion to ascertain the goods will be repaired or replaced ( if under warranty) and used identical goods for repair due to sparepart obsolete and change of products / models
